Our Founder

Trina Rose-Frazier is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has been practicing in Southeast Texas for over ten years. She obtained her degree in psychology from Lamar University and went on to complete her Master's in Counseling from Prairie View A&M University. She has been in the mental health field for over 10 years, and  practicing privately for 4 years. She provides a safe and comfortable environment for individuals, couples, and families to address their mental health needs. The center has since grown into a trusted and respected resource for the community.

 

Trina believes that each person's journey is unique, and her counseling approach is tailored to meet the individual's needs. She specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship counseling. She uses various evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy.

 

Trina is committed to staying current on the latest research and advances in the counseling field. She attends conferences, workshops, and trainings to enhance her skills and knowledge.

 

When Trina is not counseling, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and traveling. She believes that taking care of oneself is essential to achieving mental and emotional wellness.
